Minerva Girls Golf Caps Off Back-to-Back Undefeated Seasons, Sets Records Ahead of Postseason

MINERVA, OH — It is a great day to be a Minerva Lion. The Minerva High School girls golf team closed out a historic regular season in dominant fashion, completing a perfect 16-0 record following a decisive Senior Night victory over Alliance at Great Trail Golf Course.

The Lady Lions delivered a strong performance, defeating Alliance 157–213 to secure back-to-back undefeated regular seasons. The team's 157-stroke finish didn't just cap off an unblemished match record—it tied the all-time 9-hole program record at Great Trail.

Leading the charge for Minerva was Peyton Beaumariage, who carded a team-low 35. She was backed by strong individual performances across the lineup:

Under head coach Kenny Beaumariage, the Lady Lions have continued to build on the program's strong momentum, rewriting the school’s record books. 

Minerva's regular-season dominance extended far beyond dual matches. The girls competed well at many tournaments this fall, capturing championship titles at the Minerva Invitational, the Garaway Invitational, and the Tri-County Conference Preseason Tournament.

The Lions have defended their EBC League Championship!
