Minerva Athletes & Coaches Awarded at EBC Fall Banquet
SEBRING, OH — Minerva Local athletes and coaches were honored for an outstanding fall season at the annual Eastern Buckeye Conference (EBC) Fall Banquet on Tuesday night at the Harvesting Hope Community Center.
The evening celebrated an outstanding athletic season for the Lions, who secured four EBC Championships in:
Boys Golf
Girls Golf
Boys Cross Country
Girls Cross Country
The success continued across other programs. The Volleyball team earned 14 victories, and the Girls Soccer team secured nine wins. The Varsity Football team laid a strong foundation for the future with a 5-win season, the most victories for Lion Football in a decade.
The team's achievements were matched by a long list of individual honors, including multiple First Team EBC awards, five "Coach of the Year" honors, and two "Player/Runner of the Year" awards.
