On Tuesday, March 21st we will be administering the ACT as the state mandated college readiness assessment. Students will have the opportunity for an early relase this day, similar to our exam schedule. Seniors will not have to report to Minerva High School, instead they will complete a Job Shadowing experience, a College Visit, or take the ASVAB test. They will need to have a signature from the work place, college, or testing site to verify that they completed this activity. Failure to complete and turn in their paper will result in an unexcused absence. Juniors will be permitted to leave as soon as they are done with the test, as long as they have a perimission form turned into the office. Freshman and Sophomores will be engaged in AIR testing reviews, and then permitted to leave at 12:00 PM if they have a permission slip turned into the office. Students who do not leave will be provided a lunch, and then will watch a movie in the auditeria. Additionally, students will have the option to eat lunch and then leave MHS at 12:30. The busses will run at their nomrally scheduled times. If you have any questinos please feel free to contact us at Minerva High School.
