Minerva Elementary Kindergarten Registration
Minerva Elementary School will be holding their annual Kindergarten Registration for the 2017-2018 school year on Tuesday, April 11th (from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM); and Wednesday, April 12th (from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Students entering kindergarten in the fall of 2017 must be 5 years old by September 30, 2017.
Parents registering their children for kindergarten must come into the school office during the above dates and times and bring the following documents: The child’s birth certificate, shot records, Social Security card, and the parents’ proof of residence. (This can be their driver’s license with their current address, a utility/cell phone bill with the parents’ name and current address, or a rental agreement with the current address listed. In addition, if there are any court or custody papers that pertain to the child, we will need to make a copy of those.
You do not need to bring your child for the registration process.
